Terms & Conditions

The terms below are between OneVibe and the client.

COURSES, RETREATS & TRAININGS

Bei Absage bis 4 Wochen vor dem Termin Rückerstattung 50% des Betrags. Danach ist keine Rückerstattung mehr möglich. 

Refund 50% of the fee if canceled four weeks before event start date. Strictly no refunds for cancellations after 4 weeks before the event.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS 

Rückerstattung bis 14 Tage vor dem Termin. Danach ist eine Rückerstattung nicht mehr möglich.

Refunds up to 14 days before event.

Strictly no refund for cancellations after midnight 14 days prior to the event. 

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Rückerstattung bis 48 h vor dem vereinbarten Termin. Danach ist keine Rückerstattung mehr möglich.

A full refund will be given if more than 48 h notice is given prior to the session

Strictly no refund for cancellations with less than 48 h notice. 

GENERAL TERMS

Any charges incurred for the transfer of refunds e.g bank fees must be paid for by the client

Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless stated otherwise 

Under unforeseen circumstances, and in the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course or event, we will fully refund any fee or deposit that has been paid already.

If flights are required, we advise to take out insurance when buying tickets, to cover any such unlikely event, or any other event where you would have to cancel yourself. 

We are not liable for cancellation fees incurred from flights bookings, travel expenses or accommodation costs. 

We are not able to offer compensation for any delays or cancellation of any flights, trains, buses or other forms of transport.

We reserve the right to alter any venue activity prior to the event/ course starting.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the attendee.

We recommend that all attendees have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.  

Due to the nature of the product, a singing bowl, once purchased, cannot be returned, unless there is a quality issue with the product. In that case Onevibe needs to be immediately informed, claims will only be accepted within a week of  receiving the product.

It is the attendee’s responsibility to inform us about any medical preconditions such as pregnancy, mental disorders, heart conditions, epilepsy, stroke and the like before attending a course or a sound session. A session with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls is solely for deep relaxation and does not replace a medical treatment. If you have a medical condition we strongly advise you to see a medical doctor.
