Welcome to the world of Alchemy Crystal Sound Waves.
Research into sound, vibration and music and their effects on the human body and its self-healing powers is still in its infancy.
However, we can already safely say that sound, sound waves and melodies have a tangible effect on our well-being.
And as early as the 12th century, Hildegard von Bingen wrote two works on the influence of gemstones, minerals and metals on health.
These two "basic ingredients", sound + gemstone, make up the unequalled effect of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and enable a skilled practitioner to guide themselves as well as others into a state of deep relaxation, mental peace and well-being.
In this advanced course, we will expand and deepen our knowledge from Level 1.
This includes among other things:
Music theory: How do I create a harmonic set?
The secret of an effective soundbath
Alchemy Singing Bowls and your own voice
The latest scientific findings on sound, meditation and the brain
Introduction: What is a mantra and how can it support and enhance my Alchemy Bowls sessions?
Individual session vs. group soundbath
Ethical, legal & practical questions
and much more.
Half of the course will be theoretical, the other part will be focused on practical application.
Each participant will give their own 20-minute sound bath during the course as a practical exam and receive feedback on it.
A small group size and appropriate facilities ensure that all participants will have enough time and space to practice.
Prior participation in a Level 1 course with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls is required (proof of attendance).
For this course it is not mandatory to own your personal singing bowls, it is recommended, however.
Participants of the course receive a 10% discount on the purchase of a bowl up to and including the last day of the course.
