And as early as the 12th century, Hildegard von Bingen wrote two works on the influence of gemstones, minerals and metals on health.
These two "basic ingredients", sound + gemstone, make up the unequalled effect of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and enable a skilled practitioner to guide themselves as well as others into a state of deep relaxation, mental peace and well-being.
This two-day workshop teaches the basics of how to use and apply Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls by Crystal Tones™.
This includes giving historical context of sound, music and the origins of "sound healing" in different cultures, a short insight into the world of brain research, some music theory, but also an excursion into the Indian chakra system and a short exploration of how you can integrate the bowls into your spiritual practice.
You will learn different playing techniques and we will explore how to structure a sound bath.
Half of the course will be theoretical, the other part will be focused on practical application
There will be three singing bowls at your disposal that you can practice with.

During the course, each student will create a short sound ceremony, practice, and finally play for their fellow students as a practical exam.

No background knowledge is necessary for participation, nor is the possession of your own singing bowls which are provided by Onevibe for the duration of the course.
